Service Description
Hustle culture wasn't built for chronic illness or neurodivergent brains. If you've been pushing through, masking, or feeling like you're failing at work that's "supposed to be easy," this is the other way to do it. In this two-session process, we look at how you (or someone on your team) actually work, then build a plan around real capacity. How it works 1. Session 1: Let's talk (75 min, Zoom) We go over the role, daily tasks, and what's on the plate. We talk about roadblocks, symptoms, what a flare day looks like, and what usually stops the work. If this is for a team member, we'll also look at what accommodations are already in place. 2. Your custom plan (delivered within 5 business days) I create a written plan made for one specific person, with workflow adjustments, communication approaches, and a flare-day protocol. 3. Session 2: Plan review (45 min, Zoom) We go through the plan together and adjust anything that doesn't fit. Your package includes one round of revisions. This is for you if: • You live with chronic illness, chronic pain, or neurodivergence and work is hard to sustain • You manage or employ someone who does, and you want to support them well • You want a plan to hold onto, not just a conversation You'll leave with: • A written support plan built for one specific person • Clear next steps • Shared language for talking about capacity without shame Details • Two Zoom sessions (75 min + 45 min) • Written plan included • Investment: $297 • Book Session 1 below, and I'll send a short intake form beforehand so we can use our time well * This is support and planning, not medical advice or a diagnosis. **
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your coaching session with Virtual Synergy. By scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation • All sessions must be booked through the Virtual Synergy platform or other designated booking methods. • Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost. • Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of one (1) time without incurring additional fees. 3. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future session. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. 4. No-Show Policy • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” • No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling and will forfeit the session fee. 5. Refund Policy • Refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations within 7-10 business days. • In the event that Virtual Synergy cancels a session, clients will be offered a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling option. 6. Technical Issues: Virtual Synergy is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side, including but not limited to poor internet connection or device malfunctions. • If technical issues arise on Virtual Synergy’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 7. Late Arrivals • If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will forfeit the session fee. 8. Confidentiality: All discussions during coaching sessions are confidential. Virtual Synergy is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share any details of your session without your consent, except as required bylaw. 9. Terms of Service: By booking a session, you acknowledge that coaching services are advisory in nature and not a substitute for professional advice
